Wednesday, April 5th, 1967: Perry Shuts Out Huns
Gaylord Perry was in command in his outing against the Baltimore Huns. He hurled the Philadelphia Keystones to a 1-0 shutout victory, yielded 1 hit and chalked up 10 strikeouts and 2 walks.

"A complete game shutout. That's fun territory for me," he told reporters in the postgame interview. "I had good balance and mechanics and was able to keep the ball down. When I do that, good things happen."

Sunday, February 19th, 1967: Wako Commits to 1-Year Deal with Baltimore Huns
Huns officials confirmed today that they have inked a deal with Tomoo Wako.

The 30-year-old reliever will net $500,000 a year, and will call Baltimore home for 1 year.

During his career, Wako has a 14-16 record. He has 163 strikeouts in 303.1 innings and has made 207 appearances, picking up 9 saves and posting a 5.10 ERA.
Wednesday, November 16th, 1966: Baltimore-Havana Deal: Evans for Roberts
Officials for the Baltimore Huns confirmed that they have traded 19-year old minor league third baseman Darrell Evans, 17-year old minor league starting pitcher Jim Willoughby and 17-year old minor league closer Jim Kern to the Havana Lefties. In return, the Huns will receive 16-year old minor league starting pitcher Jon Matlack, 19-year old minor league reliever Enrique Romo, 19-year old minor league catcher Cliff Johnson, 24-year old minor league shortstop Don Kessinger and 22-year old minor league starting pitcher Dave A. Roberts.
